Instinct Retreat

Sunday 30th August

An opportunity to relax, replenish and revive with both a yin and yang practice to feel into the body, mind, and breath. Focus will be on the lower body and root chakra where we explore a sense of grounding, security, and tuning into energies associated with instinct and survival.  Connecting with and encouraging energy to flow from the toes to the deep depths of the pelvic area.  Self-care, mindful movement, and contemplation for both the body and mind.

There will be an opportunity to journal and space to enquire and be curious and share. 
In preparation for your self-care mini retreat here are some suggestions (by no means essential).
Associated aromatherapy scents ~  
sandalwood, patchouli, vetiver, cloves, black pepper, and ginger. If you have oils, candles or incense sticks please bring to your space – they can be associated with the above scents or just your favourite scent.
Associated teas ~ raspberry, clove (you can pop a couple of cloves in your breakfast tea), or dandelion root.

A cuppa, journal, pen and props (cushion, pillow, blanket) and an open mind and heart.
