Monthly Mini-retreat

A monthly Sunday morning online gathering from 10-12pm to nurture and delve deep into your practice.  The practice of yoga is an ongoing journey of discovery.  A practice of continually aligning and restoring the self, our values, and our connection. I will be sharing ancient yogic practices I studied during my time in India – practices to enhance your understanding of yoga and its benefits.  There will be movement, mindfulness, breath-work, cleansing, and energy work.  With a focus on self-care and being still with yourself, to give to yourself, to love yourself so that you can go and share that love with the world.
